引言

粉末涂料邦定(Bonding )工艺,也叫热粘接技术, 就是在一定温度下, 将金属颜料颗粒粘接在粉末涂料颗粒上, 制造出具有金属效果的涂层。传统的粉末涂料邦定工艺是利用塑料行业高混设备进行一些改进,靠摩擦生热方式来进行温控,达不到很好的邦定效果,本文介绍一种全新的邦定工艺,利用设备的特殊设计和智能温控,能在65-70℃下长时间混合不结块,具有很好的邦定效果。
