*Sorting Material：bearing steel balls/stainless steel ball（Have developed）
*Sorting Material：ceramic ball（in developing）
*Sorting Medium：No （kerosene is not needed,save a lot of cost）
*Defects Detecting Ability: all scar defects deeper than 0.001mm will be detected.(controlled by user)
*Undetected rate:

A.When detecting,no medium is need,only use electric power,which keep factory in
a safe and clean environment.It is a technological breakthrough!There is no second
company produced such a machine in the world.
B.Special rollers can detect the head defect and different size products before
detecting surface,which is very different from traditional machines.
C.More quickly and easily to replace molds: using only your hands without tools,
while traditional machines need to be replaced by technicians with tools.
D.It ’s the first machine that can detect steel balls smaller than ∮2mm in
China.Others only detect steel balls bigger than ∮3mm.
E.Make full closed structure to keep away away from insects, dust and fiber.Support
WIFI remote control operation in 24 hours.
