（“本协议”）
Support Service Agreement on Deferred Payment
(“This Agreement”)
鉴于：欧诺阿卡商务咨询（上海）有限公司(下称“欧诺” ) 是欧尚集团下属公司； Whereas Oney Accord Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (“Oney ”) is a member of Auchan Group, 鉴于：下方签字的申请人有需求以赊购方式在欧尚品牌门店(下称“门店”)处采购背面《赊购协助服务申请表》（下称“《协助服务申请表》”）中所列商品。
Whereas , the undersigned Applicant would like to purchase goods listed under (hereinafter the “Support Service Application Form") on the reverse page from a hypermarket operated under the AUCHAN brand (hereinafter referred to as the Store) by way of Deferred Payment (hereinafter referred as” Deferred Payment”) .
鉴于：门店将通过欧诺提供的申请人还款能力的审核意见(“审核意见”) 对申请人提出的赊购申请做出审核。
Whereas the Store will accept Deferred Payment application by Applicants whose reimbursement capacity is supported by a Recommendation provided by Oney (“the Recommendation ”).
除本协议另有规定外，在本协议中出现的术语应和《协助服务申请表》项下出现的术语具有相同含义。
Unless otherwise provided for herein, the capitalized terms in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as those in the .
第1条 赊购申请及审核 /Article 1 Deferred Payment Application and Examination
1.1 申请人有意在门店赊购消费的，应填写并签署《协助服务申请表》，并将
《协助服务申请表》提交欧诺进行处理。
The Applicant intending to consume through Deferred Payment in the Store，he/she
shall fill in and sign the .and submit it to Oney for processing.
1.2 欧诺应在申请人提交《协助服务申请表》后完成处理。
Oney shall complete the processing of the Support Service Application Form after the Applicant submitted it.
1.3 欧诺在处理完申请人提交的赊购申请后将向门店提交审核意见。
Oney will submit to the Store of the Recommendation after its processing of the deferred payment application.
1.4 当门店通过欧诺提供的审核意见批准了申请人的赊购申请，申请人将与门店
签订《赊购协议》。
When the Store approves on the Deferred Payment application based on the Recommendation provided by Oney, the Applicant will sign with the Store.
第2条 欧诺的权利义务 / Article 2 Rights and Obligations of Oney
2.1 欧诺须为申请人提供赊购相关的全程信息咨询服务，并在申请人申请赊购过
程中协助其办理各项手续；
Oney will provide to The Applicant all-stage information consultation services in relation to the Deferred Payment and assist The Applicant in dealing with various procedures during its application for the Deferred Payment.
2.2 欧诺应按照中国的相关适用的法律法规来处理申请人提交的本协议项下的个
人信息。
Oney shall have the obligation to treat the personal information of the Applicant under this Agreement according to applicable laws and regulation of China.
2.3 申请人授权欧诺对本协议项下提出的赊购申请进行处理并向门店提供审核意
见以帮助门店评估赊购申请。
The Applicant authorizes Oney to process the Deferred Payment application submitted by him/her and to provide the Store with the Recommendation helping the Store to assess the Deferred Payment Application.
2.4 申请人未能按本协议向欧诺支付服务费（服务费定义参见本协议第6.1条）
时，欧诺有权以所有合法方式向申请人追索，包括但不限于上门、网络、电话或其他方式。
In case of failure of The Applicant to pay Oney the fees (as defined in Article
6.1herein) according to this Agreement, Oney shall have the right to recover payment from The Applicant by any lawful means, including but not limited to visit, through Internet, phone call or other means.
第3条 申请人的声明、保证和承诺 / Article 3 Representations, Warranties and
Covenants of The Applicant
3.1 申请人完全有权利和能力订立和签署本协议及与之有关的任何其他文书或文
件，并根据本协议的条款和条件履行本协议中拟定的申请人的义务。
The Applicant has the full right and capacity to enter into and sign this Agreement and any other instrument or document in relation hereto, and perform The
Applicant's obligations contemplated hereunder according to the terms and conditions contained herein.
3.2 申请人签订和履行本协议不违反任何法律、法规、条例或任何法庭、仲裁机
关或行政机关的命令、判决或决议。申请人未以任何形式涉及任何未决的、进行中的或有危险发生的法律行动、索赔、起诉、仲裁或行政程序等可能影响本协议履行的事件。
The Applicant's signing and fulfilling this Agreement does not violate any laws, regulations, and rules, or any order, judgment or resolution of any court, arbitration organ or administrative organ. The Applicant is not involved in any pending, ongoing or threatened law action, claim, lawsuit, arbitration or administrative procedure or any other events that may affect the performance of this Agreement.
3.3 若申请人在本协议履行期间死亡、失踪、被监禁、丧失民事行为能力等情况
时，其财产共有人、财产代管人、合法财产继承人、受遗赠人将代其继续履行本协议。
When The Applicant dies, is missing, imprisoned or losses civil capacity or has any other circumstances likewise during the performance of this Agreement, its property co-owner, property custodian, legitimate property inheritor and legatees shall perform this Agreement on behalf of The Applicant.
第4条 申请人的权利义务 / Article 4 Rights and Obligations of The Applicant
4.1 申请人应按照本协议规定向欧诺承担月服务费，月服务费明细以及支付时间
见第6条。
The Applicant shall pay the Monthly Service Fee to Oney according to this Agreement. The details and payment schedule of the Monthly Service Fee are set forth in Article 6.
4.2 申请人未能按本协议向欧诺支付月服务费时，欧诺将根据本协议第1.4条向
申请人追索。
In case of failure of The Applicant to pay Oney the Monthly Service Fee according to this Agreement, Oney will recover payment from The Applicant in accordance with Article 1.4 herein.
4.3 因申请人过错导致本协议出现效力瑕疵，给欧诺造成损失的，申请人应做相
应赔偿。
The Applicant shall indemnify the corresponding loss to Oney when the fault of The Applicant causes defects in the effectiveness of this Agreement and causes loss to Oney.
第5条 转让 / Article 5 Transfer
5.1 欧诺在书面通知申请人后可自行转让其在本合同下的全部或部分权利而无需
征得申请人同意。申请人承诺若欧诺转让本协议项下的权利，申请人将继续向新的权利受让人履行本协议下的所有义务。
Oney is free to transfer all or part of its rights hereunder without The Applicant's consent provided that Oney gives prior written notice thereon to The Applicant. When Oney transfers its rights under this Agreement, The Applicant undertakes to continue to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement to the new assignee of Oney.
未经欧诺书面同意，申请人不得将本协议下的权利义务转让给第三人。
Without written agreement of Oney, The Applicant shall not transfer the rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party. 5.2
第6条 费用 / Article 6 Fees
6.1 申请人向欧诺 支付的费用及支付时间明细如下：
The fees paid by The Applicant to Oney and the payment schedule are detailed as follows:
I ） 材料处理费：
File Processing Fee:
因欧诺本协议下的服务使得申请人获得门店的赊购批准，则申请人应支付欧诺149元的材料处理费，该费用用于支付欧诺对本协议项下的申请进行处理并做出必要的确认，以使得门店对该赊购申请做出积极评估。
If the service provided by Oney under this Agreement allow the Applicant to obtain the Store’s approval for Deferred Payment, then the Applicant shall pay to Oney a File Processing Fee of RMB149 Yuan, corresponding to Oney services in processing the application under this Agreement and conducting verifications necessary for the positive assessment by the Store of a Deferred Payment Application.
II ) 大额申请成功处理费
Success Fee on large amount applications:
如果赊购申请数额高于1800元，则门店批准赊购的风险将增加，根据不同情况，欧诺做出必要确认使得门店对赊购申请做出积极评估所耗费的精力也将增加。为反应该难度，当申请人成功申请数额达到1800元以上时，则申请人需向欧诺支付149元的大额申请成功处理费。
When the Deferred Payment application amount is higher than 1800RMB ，the underlying risk for the Store of granting the Deferred Payment is higher and the effort needed for Oney to conduct necessary verifications for the positive
assessment by the Store of the Deferred Payment Application may be less certain or more difficult, according to the cases. To reflect this difficulty, in the cases of successful Deferred Payment Applications for value of more than 1800RMB the Applicant shall also pay a Success Fee of 149 Yuan to Oney.
III) 月服务费
Monthly Service fee throughout the life of the Deferred Payment:
每个月欧诺向申请人收取30元的月服务费，该费用用于以下服务：
----每月还款提醒；
----客户热线服务：
客户服务热线为4006-550-107，该热线为客户提供以下服务：
a ） 产品介绍，促销介绍，欧诺介绍；
b ）申请咨询，账户咨询，支付咨询；
c ） 申请人提前还款通知，个人信息变更通知，银行账户变更通知。
-----当申请人还款困难时，欧诺承诺代申请人和赊购方协商重新安排还款时间。
Each month Oney will charge a Monthly Service Fee of 30 Yuan to The Applicant, for which Oney will provide the following services:
- Payment reminder services ；
- Customer services hotline :
The service hotline is 4006-550-107, which provides service as below:
a) product information, promotion information, Oney information；
b) refund inquiry, account inquiry, payment inquiry;
c) Notice of phone number or address change of the Applicant, notice of
early payment, notice of bank account change.
- In case of financial difficulty arise from The Applicant and the Applicant request it from Oney in good faith, Oney will actively support the Applicant in
negotiating rescheduling of deferred payment schedule with the Store, to the
extent reasonable.
6.2 申请人提前还款时， 已支付的6.1条下的款项，欧诺不予退 还。
Oney will not refund the fees under Article 6.1 when The Applicant refunds in advance.
6.3 申请人申请全部退货且门店同意其退货时，已支付的6.1条下的款项(不含
滞纳金，如有) ，欧诺将予以退还。
申请人申请多件商品赊购，当其中一件商品申请退货且门店同意其部分退货时，已支付的6.1条下的款项(含滞纳金, 如有），欧诺将不予退还。
Oney will refund the fees under Article 6.1(excluding Late Payment Fee if any) when The Applicant returns the goods and the Store agrees on the goods of returning.
In case of Deferred Payment by the Applicant on several pieces of product, Oney will not refund the fees under Article 6.1(including Late Payment Fee, if
any) when The Applicant partly returns the goods and the Store agrees on the goods of returning.
6.4 欧诺委托有资质的第三方从申请人指定账户中扣除每月服务费。申请人同
意该扣款。
Oney entrust the qualified third party to deduct the Monthly Service Fee from the Designated Account of The Applicant. And The Applicant agrees on this deduction.
6.5 若申请人未能足额支付月服务费，则每月应还服务费和实还服务费之间的差额视为申请人的未还款项，若相关服务费未能在每月指定还款日前或当日还款，则构成逾期，申请人需按逾期天数计算滞纳金（具体算法详见第6,6条和6.7条）。滞纳金计入申请人每月的应还款项中。
In the event of The Applicant's failure to pay the Monthly Service Fee in full, the difference between the Monthly Service Fee and the actually paid amount shall be deemed as the amount unpaid by The Applicant, and for each day of delay, when the Service Fee amount unpaid does not refund before or on the Monthly Refunding Date, it will be regarded as late payment and the Applicant shall pay late payment fee (the detailed calculation method is specified under Article 6.6 and 6.7) based on late payment days. The late payment interest shall be part of the unpaid fund payable by The Applicant.
6.6 逾期天数指从申请人最先发生逾期时起计的逾期天数。滞纳金费率按照中国人民银行于本合同签订之日适用的同期一年期贷款基准利率加收50% 计算。日滞纳金费率按年费率除以360天计算。
The late payment days refer to those days calculated from the date The Applicant first lately pays. And the rate of late payment will be calculated according to the standard 1-year loan interest issued by PBOC as prevailing at the Contract signing date plus 50%. Daily late payment fee rate will be divided 360 days by the yearly late payment fee rate.
6.7 日滞纳金等于日滞纳金费率乘以（X ）逾期款项（四舍五入至人民币单位分，
不足1分钱按1分钱计算）。滞纳金等于日滞纳金乘以（X ）逾期天数（四舍五入至人民币单位分，不足1分钱按1分钱计算）。
The daily Late Payment Fee equals the daily late payment fee rate multiplies the late payment amount (rounded up to cents and any amount below one cent shall be calculated as one cent). The Late Payment Fee equals to the daily Late Payment Fee multiplies the late payment days (rounded up to cents and any amount below one cent shall be calculated as one cent).
第7条 违约责任 / Article 7 Liability for Breach
7.1 申请人出现下列事件之一即构成或视为本协议项下违约：
Any of the following events occurring to The Applicant shall constitute or be deemed as a breach of this Agreement:
(1) 申请人未能按照本协议约定支付月服务费；
The Applicant fails to pay the Monthly Service Fee as provided for in this
Agreement;
(2) 申请人在申请表中以及在还款过程中所提供的信息被证明为不真实、
不准确、不完整或故意使人误解；
The Applicant's representations, warranties and information under Support
Service Application Form and the refunding process are proved to be
untrue, incorrect, incomplete or intentionally misleading;
(3) 申请人违反和第三方签订的支付合同的义务并导致对本合同不能履行
的;
In case that the Applicant default any other payment obligation with third
party leading to impossibility of the fulfillment of this Agreement;
(4) 违反本协议中关于申请人义务的其他约定。
Breach of other provisions hereunder regarding The Applicant's
obligations.

(3) 要求申请人赔偿因其违约而给欧诺造成的损失（包括由此产生的诉讼
费、律师费和 催收费等其他费用）；
Requiring The Applicant to compensate for Oney's losses arising from The
Applicant's breach (including any litigation expenses, attorney's fee,
collection feeand other expenses incurred thereby);
欧诺认为必要的其他措施。
Any other measures that Oney considers necessary.
解除本协议并要求申请人一次性偿还本协议项下的未还款项； Termination of this Agreement and requiring the Applicant to refund the unpaid fund once under this Agreement; 要求申请人限期纠正其违约行为； Requiring The Applicant to rectify its breach within a time limit; 出现前款规定的违约事件时，欧诺有权分别或同时采取下列措施： If any of the default events as described in the foregoing occurs, Oney is entitled to take any of the following measures, in combination or separately: (4)
第8条 通知 / Article8 Notice
《协助服务申请表》中的任何信息，包括现居住地址，户籍地址，工作地址，联系电话等信息发生变动后应于五个工作日内拨打欧诺服务热线或书面通知欧诺。若申请人未及时通知导致欧诺仍按申请人所留电话或地址寄发相关信件的，均视为有效送达，由此产生的后果由申请人承担。
Any information under changed, including without limitation to the current address, residence address, company address and contact number, the Applicant shall notice Oney this change through the hotline of Oney or in written. In case the Applicant does not notice the changes of information herein and leading to the result that Oney sending the document to the original address or called the original telephone, it will be regarded as effective delivery of Oney and the Applicant will afford the result.
第9条 其他 / Article 9 Miscellaneous
9.1 本协议于申请人签字之日起生效。
This Agreement shall take effect upon signed by the Applicant.
9.2 本协议一式两份，双方各执一份。
This Agreement is made in two originals with each Party holding one original.
9.3 如果甲乙双方在本协议履行过程中发生任何争议，应友好协商解决； 如协
商不成，则须提交该被告所在地人民法院进行诉讼。
In case of any dispute between the Parties during the performance of this Agreement, it will be settled through friendly consultation, failing which the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court of Yangpu District Shanghai.
9.4 上文所列的、根据本协议中确立的原则订立的附件是本协议不可分割的组成
部分。
The Application Form at the back of this Agreement is an integral part of this Agreement.

When the Store approves on the Deferred Payment application based on the Recommendation provided by Oney, the Applicant will sign with the Store.
第2条 欧诺的权利义务 / Article 2 Rights and Obligations of Oney
2.1 欧诺须为申请人提供赊购相关的全程信息咨询服务，并在申请人申请赊购过
程中协助其办理各项手续；
Oney will provide to The Applicant all-stage information consultation services in relation to the Deferred Payment and assist The Applicant in dealing with various procedures during its application for the Deferred Payment.

In case of failure of The Applicant to pay Oney the fees (as defined in Article
6.1herein) according to this Agreement, Oney shall have the right to recover payment from The Applicant by any lawful means, including but not limited to visit, through Internet, phone call or other means.

The Applicant is not involved in any pending, ongoing or threatened law action, claim, lawsuit, arbitration or administrative procedure or any other events that may affect the performance of this Agreement.
3.3 若申请人在本协议履行期间死亡、失踪、被监禁、丧失民事行为能力等情况
时，其财产共有人、财产代管人、合法财产继承人、受遗赠人将代其继续履行本协议。
When The Applicant dies, is missing, imprisoned or losses civil capacity or has any other circumstances likewise during the performance of this Agreement, its property co-owner, property custodian, legitimate property inheritor and legatees shall perform this Agreement on behalf of The Applicant.
第4条 申请人的权利义务 / Article 4 Rights and Obligations of The Applicant

The Applicant shall pay the Monthly Service Fee to Oney according to this Agreement. The details and payment schedule of the Monthly Service Fee are set forth in Article 6.
4.2 申请人未能按本协议向欧诺支付月服务费时，欧诺将根据本协议第1.4条向
申请人追索。
In case of failure of The Applicant to pay Oney the Monthly Service Fee according to this Agreement, Oney will recover payment from The Applicant in accordance with Article 1.4 herein.
4.3 因申请人过错导致本协议出现效力瑕疵，给欧诺造成损失的，申请人应做相
应赔偿。
The Applicant shall indemnify the corresponding loss to Oney when the fault of The Applicant causes defects in the effectiveness of this Agreement and causes loss to Oney.
第5条 转让 / Article 5 Transfer
5.1 欧诺在书面通知申请人后可自行转让其在本合同下的全部或部分权利而无需
征得申请人同意。申请人承诺若欧诺转让本协议项下的权利，申请人将继续向新的权利受让人履行本协议下的所有义务。
Oney is free to transfer all or part of its rights hereunder without The Applicant's consent provided that Oney gives prior written notice thereon to The Applicant. When Oney transfers its rights under this Agreement, The Applicant undertakes to continue to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement to the new assignee of Oney.
未经欧诺书面同意，申请人不得将本协议下的权利义务转让给第三人。
Without written agreement of Oney, The Applicant shall not transfer the rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party. 5.2
第6条 费用 / Article 6 Fees
6.1 申请人向欧诺 支付的费用及支付时间明细如下：
The fees paid by The Applicant to Oney and the payment schedule are detailed as follows:

因欧诺本协议下的服务使得申请人获得门店的赊购批准，则申请人应支付欧诺149元的材料处理费，该费用用于支付欧诺对本协议项下的申请进行处理并做出必要的确认，以使得门店对该赊购申请做出积极评估。
If the service provided by Oney under this Agreement allow the Applicant to obtain the Store’s approval for Deferred Payment, then the Applicant shall pay to Oney a File Processing Fee of RMB149 Yuan, corresponding to Oney services in processing the application under this Agreement and conducting verifications necessary for the positive assessment by the Store of a Deferred Payment Application.
II ) 大额申请成功处理费
Success Fee on large amount applications:
如果赊购申请数额高于1800元，则门店批准赊购的风险将增加，根据不同情况，欧诺做出必要确认使得门店对赊购申请做出积极评估所耗费的精力也将增加。为反应该难度，当申请人成功申请数额达到1800元以上时，则申请人需向欧诺支付149元的大额申请成功处理费。
When the Deferred Payment application amount is higher than 1800RMB ，the underlying risk for the Store of granting the Deferred Payment is higher and the effort needed for Oney to conduct necessary verifications for the positive
assessment by the Store of the Deferred Payment Application may be less certain or more difficult, according to the cases. To reflect this difficulty, in the cases of successful Deferred Payment Applications for value of more than 1800RMB the Applicant shall also pay a Success Fee of 149 Yuan to Oney.
III) 月服务费
Monthly Service fee throughout the life of the Deferred Payment:
每个月欧诺向申请人收取30元的月服务费，该费用用于以下服务：

Each month Oney will charge a Monthly Service Fee of 30 Yuan to The Applicant, for which Oney will provide the following services:
- Payment reminder services ；
- Customer services hotline :
The service hotline is 4006-550-107, which provides service as below:
a) product information, promotion information, Oney information；
b) refund inquiry, account inquiry, payment inquiry;
c) Notice of phone number or address change of the Applicant, notice of
early payment, notice of bank account change.
- In case of financial difficulty arise from The Applicant and the Applicant request it from Oney in good faith, Oney will actively support the Applicant in
negotiating rescheduling of deferred payment schedule with the Store, to the
extent reasonable.
6.2 申请人提前还款时， 已支付的6.1条下的款项，欧诺不予退 还。
Oney will not refund the fees under Article 6.1 when The Applicant refunds in advance.
6.3 申请人申请全部退货且门店同意其退货时，已支付的6.1条下的款项(不含
滞纳金，如有) ，欧诺将予以退还。
申请人申请多件商品赊购，当其中一件商品申请退货且门店同意其部分退货时，已支付的6.1条下的款项(含滞纳金, 如有），欧诺将不予退还。
Oney will refund the fees under Article 6.1(excluding Late Payment Fee if any) when The Applicant returns the goods and the Store agrees on the goods of returning.
In case of Deferred Payment by the Applicant on several pieces of product, Oney will not refund the fees under Article 6.1(including Late Payment Fee, if
any) when The Applicant partly returns the goods and the Store agrees on the goods of returning.
6.4 欧诺委托有资质的第三方从申请人指定账户中扣除每月服务费。申请人同
意该扣款。
Oney entrust the qualified third party to deduct the Monthly Service Fee from the Designated Account of The Applicant. And The Applicant agrees on this deduction.
6.5 若申请人未能足额支付月服务费，则每月应还服务费和实还服务费之间的差额视为申请人的未还款项，若相关服务费未能在每月指定还款日前或当日还款，则构成逾期，申请人需按逾期天数计算滞纳金（具体算法详见第6,6条和6.7条）。滞纳金计入申请人每月的应还款项中。
In the event of The Applicant's failure to pay the Monthly Service Fee in full, the difference between the Monthly Service Fee and the actually paid amount shall be deemed as the amount unpaid by The Applicant, and for each day of delay, when the Service Fee amount unpaid does not refund before or on the Monthly Refunding Date, it will be regarded as late payment and the Applicant shall pay late payment fee (the detailed calculation method is specified under Article 6.6 and 6.7) based on late payment days. The late payment interest shall be part of the unpaid fund payable by The Applicant.
6.6 逾期天数指从申请人最先发生逾期时起计的逾期天数。滞纳金费率按照中国人民银行于本合同签订之日适用的同期一年期贷款基准利率加收50% 计算。日滞纳金费率按年费率除以360天计算。
The late payment days refer to those days calculated from the date The Applicant first lately pays. And the rate of late payment will be calculated according to the standard 1-year loan interest issued by PBOC as prevailing at the Contract signing date plus 50%. Daily late payment fee rate will be divided 360 days by the yearly late payment fee rate.
6.7 日滞纳金等于日滞纳金费率乘以（X ）逾期款项（四舍五入至人民币单位分，
不足1分钱按1分钱计算）。滞纳金等于日滞纳金乘以（X ）逾期天数（四舍五入至人民币单位分，不足1分钱按1分钱计算）。
The daily Late Payment Fee equals the daily late payment fee rate multiplies the late payment amount (rounded up to cents and any amount below one cent shall be calculated as one cent). The Late Payment Fee equals to the daily Late Payment Fee multiplies the late payment days (rounded up to cents and any amount below one cent shall be calculated as one cent).
第7条 违约责任 / Article 7 Liability for Breach
7.1 申请人出现下列事件之一即构成或视为本协议项下违约：
Any of the following events occurring to The Applicant shall constitute or be deemed as a breach of this Agreement:
(1) 申请人未能按照本协议约定支付月服务费；
The Applicant fails to pay the Monthly Service Fee as provided for in this
Agreement;
(2) 申请人在申请表中以及在还款过程中所提供的信息被证明为不真实、
不准确、不完整或故意使人误解；
The Applicant's representations, warranties and information under Support
Service Application Form and the refunding process are proved to be
untrue, incorrect, incomplete or intentionally misleading;
(3) 申请人违反和第三方签订的支付合同的义务并导致对本合同不能履行
的;
In case that the Applicant default any other payment obligation with third
party leading to impossibility of the fulfillment of this Agreement;
(4) 违反本协议中关于申请人义务的其他约定。
Breach of other provisions hereunder regarding The Applicant's
obligations.

(3) 要求申请人赔偿因其违约而给欧诺造成的损失（包括由此产生的诉讼
费、律师费和 催收费等其他费用）；
Requiring The Applicant to compensate for Oney's losses arising from The
Applicant's breach (including any litigation expenses, attorney's fee,
collection feeand other expenses incurred thereby);
欧诺认为必要的其他措施。
Any other measures that Oney considers necessary.
解除本协议并要求申请人一次性偿还本协议项下的未还款项； Termination of this Agreement and requiring the Applicant to refund the unpaid fund once under this Agreement; 要求申请人限期纠正其违约行为； Requiring The Applicant to rectify its breach within a time limit; 出现前款规定的违约事件时，欧诺有权分别或同时采取下列措施： If any of the default events as described in the foregoing occurs, Oney is entitled to take any of the following measures, in combination or separately: (4)
第8条 通知 / Article8 Notice
《协助服务申请表》中的任何信息，包括现居住地址，户籍地址，工作地址，联系电话等信息发生变动后应于五个工作日内拨打欧诺服务热线或书面通知欧诺。若申请人未及时通知导致欧诺仍按申请人所留电话或地址寄发相关信件的，均视为有效送达，由此产生的后果由申请人承担。
Any information under changed, including without limitation to the current address, residence address, company address and contact number, the Applicant shall notice Oney this change through the hotline of Oney or in written. In case the Applicant does not notice the changes of information herein and leading to the result that Oney sending the document to the original address or called the original telephone, it will be regarded as effective delivery of Oney and the Applicant will afford the result.
第9条 其他 / Article 9 Miscellaneous
9.1 本协议于申请人签字之日起生效。
This Agreement shall take effect upon signed by the Applicant.
9.2 本协议一式两份，双方各执一份。
This Agreement is made in two originals with each Party holding one original.
9.3 如果甲乙双方在本协议履行过程中发生任何争议，应友好协商解决； 如协
商不成，则须提交该被告所在地人民法院进行诉讼。
In case of any dispute between the Parties during the performance of this Agreement, it will be settled through friendly consultation, failing which the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court of Yangpu District Shanghai.
9.4 上文所列的、根据本协议中确立的原则订立的附件是本协议不可分割的组成
部分。
The Application Form at the back of this Agreement is an integral part of this Agreement.
