１概述
ＹＢ２ＹＢ系列的更新换代的防爆电机基本系列，本用维修方便。
本系列电动机的功率等级、安装尺寸符合国际电工委员会（ＩＥＣ）标准，其对应关系与德国ＤＩＮ４２６７３标准相同，有利于出口设备的配套和引进设备的备品备件。
本系列电动机防爆性能符合ＧＢ３８３６．１－２０００《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第１部分：通用要求》和ＧＢ３８３６．２－２０００《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第２部分：隔爆型“ｄ”》的规定，也附合ＩＥＣ７９－１，ＢＳ４６８３和ＥＮ５００１８的规定，制成隔爆型。防爆标志为ＥｘｄⅠ、ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４、ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４，适用于有爆炸性气体混合物存在的场所。
ＥｘｄＩ适用于甲烷或煤尘的爆炸性混合物存在的煤矿井下非采掘工作面环境。
ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４适用于工厂用Ⅱ类Ａ级，温度组别为Ｔ１、Ｔ２、Ｔ３和Ｔ４组爆炸性气体混合物存在的环境。
ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４适用于工厂用Ⅱ类Ｂ级，温度组别为Ｔ１、Ｔ２、Ｔ３和Ｔ４组的爆炸性气体混合物存在的环境。
在ＹＢ２基本系列电动机基础上，也可制成ＹＢ２－Ｗ户外型、ＹＢ２－ＴＨ户内湿热带型、ＹＢ２－ＷＴＨ户外湿热带型、ＹＢ２－ＴＡ户内干热带型、ＹＢ２－ＷＴＡ户外干热带型、ＹＢ２－Ｔ户内热带型、ＹＢ２－ＷＴ户外热带型及ＹＢ２－ＷＦ１户外中等防腐蚀型等气候环境条件。 1 General Description
Superseding the old generation of series YB, series YB2 flameproof three phase induction motors, the basic series of flameproof motors, are developed and manufactured by our company. This series motors are of remarkable features, such as compact construction, lightweight, attractive appearance, safe and reliable operation, long operation life, excellent performance and easy maintenance.
For this series motors, the output ratings and mounting dimensions conform to the specifications of IEC standards and the correlation between them basically agrees with EIN42673. The motors are easy to complete with export machinery and equipment and to supply as spare accessories in the import equipment.
This series motors are designed and manufactured into flameproof type and the flameproof property conforms to China National Standards:
GB3836.1-2000 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres General Requirements
GB3836.2-2000 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Flameproof Enclosure “d”
and standards IEC79-1, BS4683 and EN50018. The explosion protection marks are ＥｘｄⅠ， ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４ ａｎｄ ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４. They are safe to use in the locations where there are explosive mixtures of gas- and vapor-air.
“Ｅｘd Ⅰ” --- safe for use in the non-mining surfaces of underground coal mines where
the explosive mixtures of methane or coal-dust are present.
“Ｅｘd ⅡAT4” --- safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡA Class, TI, T2,
T3 or T4 are present.
“Ｅｘd ⅡBT4” --- safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡB Class, TI, T2,
T3 or T4 are present.
“Ｅｘd ⅡCT4” --- safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡC Class, TI, T2,
T3 or T4 are present.
Based on series YB2 motors, the motors can also be manufactured for special environments, such as outdoor locations (YB2-W type), indoor tropical humidity (YB2-TH type), outdoor tropical humidity (YB2-WTH type), indoor tropical arid (YB2-TA type), outdoor tropical arid (YB2-WTA type), indoor tropical (YB2-T type), outdoor tropical (YB2-WT type) and outdoor middle-class-chemical corrosion locations (YB2-WF1 type).

２结构说明
２．１ 电动机的隔爆结构具有ＥｘｄⅠ、ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４、ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４。 ２．２ 电动机主体外壳防护等级为ＩＰ５５。 ２．３电动机的冷却方式为ＩＣ４１０、ＩＣ４１１。
２．４电动机绝缘等级为Ｆ级，定子绕组温升裕度大、寿命长。 ２．５电动机有一个圆柱形轴伸，借联轴器或正齿轮传动。
２．６电动机定子绕组采用高强度聚酯漆包圆铜线，并经ＶＰＩ真空加压浸漆处理成为一个完整的整体，绕组及绝缘具有良好的电气、机械、防潮性能及热稳定性。
２．７电动机转子采用铸铝结构，转子经动平衡核验，电动机运转平稳、振动小、噪声低。
２．８电动机定、转子冲片采用高导磁、低损耗优质电工硅钢片，电动机损耗低、效率高。
２．９电动机轴承选用电动机专用低振动、低噪声轴承，机座号１３２及以下采用双面密封轴承，在轴伸端装有波形弹簧垫圈，以适度压力靠轴承，有效抑制电动机运转时产生的
振动和噪声，机座号１６０及以上采用内、外盖结构，并在轴承部位采用挡圈轴向固定，有效地防止电动机转子的轴向窜动。
为使电动机安全可靠运行，机座号１６０及以上电动机轴承结构设置有注排油装置，机座号２５０及以上电动机，预留轴承温度监测传感元件位置。
２．１０电动机风扇、风罩：机座号２８０及以下电动机采用防静电塑料风扇，其转动惯量小、损耗低，机座号３１５及以上采用铸铝或钢板焊接风扇，重量轻、强度高，全系列风扇与轴采用键联接，运行可靠。风罩为钢板结构，在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到最大的通风面积，使风路通畅。
2 Construction Features
2.1 The flameproof constructions for Ｅｘd Ⅰ, Ｅｘd ⅡAT4 and Ｅｘd ⅡBT4 are available.
2.2 The degree of protection is IP55 for motor main enclosures 2.3 The cooling form is ＩＣ４１０ ａｎｄ IC411.
2.4 The stator windings are of Class F insulation and ensures a large margin of safety in temperature rise and long service life.
2.5 A cylindrical shaft extension is equipped on motors, which is driven by coupling or spur gearing.
2.6 The stator windings are wound with polyester enamel round wire of high strength and then treated with the progress of vacuum-pressure impregnation (VPI), to make them become a solid integral. Therefore, the winding insulation is excellent in electrical and mechanical properties, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
2.7 The rotors are of cast-aluminum, and dynamically balanced to make the motor operate smoothly with small vibration and low noise.
2.8 The stator and rotor cores are laminated with high-class electrical steel sheet with high permeability and low loss, thus makes the motors possess low loss and high efficiency.
2.9 The motors are fitted with low vibration and low noise bearings special for motors. For the motors of frame size 132 and below, bilaterally shielded ball bearings are used and corrugated spring washers at the driving ends pressed on bearings with proper pressure to restrain effectively the vibration and noise produced during motors’ operation. For the motors of frame size 160 and above, the bearings with inner and outer covers are used and retaining rings at bearing position are equipped on shafts to prevent the rotor efficiently from moving axially.
In order to operate safely and reliably, the bearings of the motors frame size 160 and above are provided with greasing attachments, which are of the use to drain or replenish the lubricating grease without stopping the motors. For the frame size 250 and above, the positions for mounting bearing temperature monitoring censers are preliminary left.
2.10 For the motors of frame size 280 and below, the fans are made of frictional electric proof plastic, being of small inertia movement and low loss characterize. However, for the motors of frame size 315 and above, the cast-aluminum or steel-plate-welded fans are fitted which are of lightweight and high strength. For the whole series motors, the fans are key-jointed on the shaft to make the motor operation safely and reliably. The cowls are made of fabricated steel plate. On a prerequisite of preventing from the ingress of solid substances of certain size, they enable the motors to get maximum area of ventilation in order to form adequate currents.

The altitude is up to 1000m above sea level. The ambient temperature, which is subject to seasonal variation, belongs to indoor circumstance of －20～+40℃．
YB2 is the basic type, suitable for indoor circumstance, YB2-W for outdoor circumstance,
YB2-TH for indoor tropical humidity circumstance, YB2-WTH for outdoor tropical humidity circumstance, YB2-TA for indoor tropical arid circumstance, YB2-WTA for outdoor tropical arid circumstance, YB2-T for indoor tropical circumstance,
YB2-WT for outdoor tropical circumstance and

５电动机结构及安装型式和安装外形尺寸
５．１电动机结构及安装型式
本系列电动机的安装方式符合ＧＢ９９７《电机结构及安装型式代号》及ＩＥＣ３４－７的规定。
本系列电动机有５种基本结构型式：
Ｂ３—机座带底脚、端盖无凸缘；Ｂ５—机座不带底脚、端盖有凸缘；Ｂ３５—机座带底脚、
端盖有凸缘；Ｂ１４—机座不带底脚、端盖有小凸缘；Ｂ３４—机座带底脚、端盖有小凸缘。
本系列电动机在上述５种基本结构上，可派生１５种常用结构及安装型式，其制造范
围见表３。结构及安装型式示意图见表４。
５．２电动机接线盒结构
电动机接线盒具有优良的隔爆结构性能和较高防护等级，且具有较大的空腔以便于接
线，进线分为橡套电缆，钢管布线及防爆挠性管（铠装电缆）三种。按不同起动要求，可
分别制成一个进线口（适用于电动机直接起动）和两个进线口（适用于电动机Ｙ－△起动）。

5 Constructions, Mounting Arrangements and Overall Dimensions
5.1 Constructions and Mounting Arrangements
The mounting arrangements of this series motors conform to China Standards GB997 Sample for types of construction and mounting arrangement of rotating electrical machinery and IEC Publication 34-7.
Five basic constructions are available:
B3 --- with foot mounted and flangeless, B5 --- with flange mounted and footless, B35 --- with both foot and flange mounted, B14 --- with small flange mounted and footless and B34 --- with both foot and small flange mounted.
Based on five constructions mentioned above, this series motors can be modified 15 constructions and mounting arrangements. For the manufacture range, see Table 3. And for the constructions and mounting arrangements, see Table 4.
５．２ Motor Terminal Construction
The structure of the terminal boxes is in possession of excellent flameproof performance，higher protection degree and bigger compartment being in favor of connection. Three entry forms are available: they are rubber-insulated cable, conduit entry and explosion-proof flexible pipe (armoured cable). According to different starting requirements, the inlet entry can be made into one or two, (one entry is suitable for motor direct-on-line starting and two entries Ｙ-△ starting). ６订货指南
６．１本样本中的数据随着技术进步允许有变动，不另行通知，请注意样本的出版日期。 ６．２如有特殊要求，如电压、频率、防护等级、旋转方向、双轴伸、噪声振动限值、转速（双速、三速或四速）等等必须签订技术协议后，方可制造。
６．３订货时请注明样本中所标明的电动机的型号、功率、同步转速、电压、频率、结构及安装型式、防爆标志、隔爆等级和接线盒进线方式以及旋转方向等等。
例：机座中心高为３５５、２２０ｋＷ，２Ｐ机座带底脚，端盖无凸缘，工厂用ⅡＢ类Ｔ４组隔爆型，３８０Ｖ，顺时针转向，橡套电缆进线的电动机标注如下：

6 Ordering Requirements
6.1 Since the technique is developing continuously, the data in this catalogue may be subject to alteration without prior notice. Please note the publication date by month and year.
6.2 For the special requirements, such as voltage, frequency, protection degree, rotating direction, two shaft extension ends, limiting values of noise and vibration, speed (two-speed, three-speed or four-speed) etc, the motors will not be manufactured until a technical specification being signed.
6.3 When ordering, please specify type, output, synchronous speed, voltage, frequency, construction and mounting type, explosion protection marking, flameproof group, entry mode of terminal box and clockwise rotation.
For instance, the motor with shaft center height H355, 220kW, 2 poles, foot-mounted and flangeless, flameproof type ClassⅡB Group T4 for factories, 380V, clockwise rotation, rubber-insulated cable entry, should be expressed as follows:
YB2-355 M1-2, 220Kw, 3000r/min, 380V, 50Hz, IMB3, ＥｘｄⅡBT4, rubber-insulated cable entry and clockwise rotation.

１概述
ＹＢ２ＹＢ系列的更新换代的防爆电机基本系列，本用维修方便。
本系列电动机的功率等级、安装尺寸符合国际电工委员会（ＩＥＣ）标准，其对应关系与德国ＤＩＮ４２６７３标准相同，有利于出口设备的配套和引进设备的备品备件。
本系列电动机防爆性能符合ＧＢ３８３６．１－２０００《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第１部分：通用要求》和ＧＢ３８３６．２－２０００《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第２部分：隔爆型“ｄ”》的规定，也附合ＩＥＣ７９－１，ＢＳ４６８３和ＥＮ５００１８的规定，制成隔爆型。防爆标志为ＥｘｄⅠ、ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４、ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４，适用于有爆炸性气体混合物存在的场所。
ＥｘｄＩ适用于甲烷或煤尘的爆炸性混合物存在的煤矿井下非采掘工作面环境。
ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４适用于工厂用Ⅱ类Ａ级，温度组别为Ｔ１、Ｔ２、Ｔ３和Ｔ４组爆炸性气体混合物存在的环境。

Superseding the old generation of series YB, series YB2 flameproof three phase induction motors, the basic series of flameproof motors, are developed and manufactured by our company. This series motors are of remarkable features, such as compact construction, lightweight, attractive appearance, safe and reliable operation, long operation life, excellent performance and easy maintenance.
For this series motors, the output ratings and mounting dimensions conform to the specifications of IEC standards and the correlation between them basically agrees with EIN42673. The motors are easy to complete with export machinery and equipment and to supply as spare accessories in the import equipment.
This series motors are designed and manufactured into flameproof type and the flameproof property conforms to China National Standards:
GB3836.1-2000 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres General Requirements
GB3836.2-2000 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Flameproof Enclosure “d”
and standards IEC79-1, BS4683 and EN50018. The explosion protection marks are ＥｘｄⅠ， ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４ ａｎｄ ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４. They are safe to use in the locations where there are explosive mixtures of gas- and vapor-air.
“Ｅｘd Ⅰ” --- safe for use in the non-mining surfaces of underground coal mines where
the explosive mixtures of methane or coal-dust are present.
“Ｅｘd ⅡAT4” --- safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡA Class, TI, T2,
T3 or T4 are present.
“Ｅｘd ⅡBT4” --- safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡB Class, TI, T2,
T3 or T4 are present.
“Ｅｘd ⅡCT4” --- safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡC Class, TI, T2,
T3 or T4 are present.
Based on series YB2 motors, the motors can also be manufactured for special environments, such as outdoor locations (YB2-W type), indoor tropical humidity (YB2-TH type), outdoor tropical humidity (YB2-WTH type), indoor tropical arid (YB2-TA type), outdoor tropical arid (YB2-WTA type), indoor tropical (YB2-T type), outdoor tropical (YB2-WT type) and outdoor middle-class-chemical corrosion locations (YB2-WF1 type).

２结构说明
２．１ 电动机的隔爆结构具有ＥｘｄⅠ、ＥｘｄⅡＡＴ４、ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４。 ２．２ 电动机主体外壳防护等级为ＩＰ５５。 ２．３电动机的冷却方式为ＩＣ４１０、ＩＣ４１１。
２．４电动机绝缘等级为Ｆ级，定子绕组温升裕度大、寿命长。 ２．５电动机有一个圆柱形轴伸，借联轴器或正齿轮传动。
２．６电动机定子绕组采用高强度聚酯漆包圆铜线，并经ＶＰＩ真空加压浸漆处理成为一个完整的整体，绕组及绝缘具有良好的电气、机械、防潮性能及热稳定性。
２．７电动机转子采用铸铝结构，转子经动平衡核验，电动机运转平稳、振动小、噪声低。
２．８电动机定、转子冲片采用高导磁、低损耗优质电工硅钢片，电动机损耗低、效率高。
２．９电动机轴承选用电动机专用低振动、低噪声轴承，机座号１３２及以下采用双面密封轴承，在轴伸端装有波形弹簧垫圈，以适度压力靠轴承，有效抑制电动机运转时产生的
振动和噪声，机座号１６０及以上采用内、外盖结构，并在轴承部位采用挡圈轴向固定，有效地防止电动机转子的轴向窜动。
为使电动机安全可靠运行，机座号１６０及以上电动机轴承结构设置有注排油装置，机座号２５０及以上电动机，预留轴承温度监测传感元件位置。
２．１０电动机风扇、风罩：机座号２８０及以下电动机采用防静电塑料风扇，其转动惯量小、损耗低，机座号３１５及以上采用铸铝或钢板焊接风扇，重量轻、强度高，全系列风扇与轴采用键联接，运行可靠。风罩为钢板结构，在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到最大的通风面积，使风路通畅。
2 Construction Features
2.1 The flameproof constructions for Ｅｘd Ⅰ, Ｅｘd ⅡAT4 and Ｅｘd ⅡBT4 are available.
2.2 The degree of protection is IP55 for motor main enclosures 2.3 The cooling form is ＩＣ４１０ ａｎｄ IC411.
2.4 The stator windings are of Class F insulation and ensures a large margin of safety in temperature rise and long service life.
2.5 A cylindrical shaft extension is equipped on motors, which is driven by coupling or spur gearing.
2.6 The stator windings are wound with polyester enamel round wire of high strength and then treated with the progress of vacuum-pressure impregnation (VPI), to make them become a solid integral. Therefore, the winding insulation is excellent in electrical and mechanical properties, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
2.7 The rotors are of cast-aluminum, and dynamically balanced to make the motor operate smoothly with small vibration and low noise.
2.8 The stator and rotor cores are laminated with high-class electrical steel sheet with high permeability and low loss, thus makes the motors possess low loss and high efficiency.
2.9 The motors are fitted with low vibration and low noise bearings special for motors. For the motors of frame size 132 and below, bilaterally shielded ball bearings are used and corrugated spring washers at the driving ends pressed on bearings with proper pressure to restrain effectively the vibration and noise produced during motors’ operation. For the motors of frame size 160 and above, the bearings with inner and outer covers are used and retaining rings at bearing position are equipped on shafts to prevent the rotor efficiently from moving axially.
In order to operate safely and reliably, the bearings of the motors frame size 160 and above are provided with greasing attachments, which are of the use to drain or replenish the lubricating grease without stopping the motors. For the frame size 250 and above, the positions for mounting bearing temperature monitoring censers are preliminary left.
2.10 For the motors of frame size 280 and below, the fans are made of frictional electric proof plastic, being of small inertia movement and low loss characterize. However, for the motors of frame size 315 and above, the cast-aluminum or steel-plate-welded fans are fitted which are of lightweight and high strength. For the whole series motors, the fans are key-jointed on the shaft to make the motor operation safely and reliably. The cowls are made of fabricated steel plate. On a prerequisite of preventing from the ingress of solid substances of certain size, they enable the motors to get maximum area of ventilation in order to form adequate currents.

５电动机结构及安装型式和安装外形尺寸
５．１电动机结构及安装型式
本系列电动机的安装方式符合ＧＢ９９７《电机结构及安装型式代号》及ＩＥＣ３４－７的规定。
本系列电动机有５种基本结构型式：
Ｂ３—机座带底脚、端盖无凸缘；Ｂ５—机座不带底脚、端盖有凸缘；Ｂ３５—机座带底脚、
端盖有凸缘；Ｂ１４—机座不带底脚、端盖有小凸缘；Ｂ３４—机座带底脚、端盖有小凸缘。
本系列电动机在上述５种基本结构上，可派生１５种常用结构及安装型式，其制造范
围见表３。结构及安装型式示意图见表４。
５．２电动机接线盒结构
电动机接线盒具有优良的隔爆结构性能和较高防护等级，且具有较大的空腔以便于接
线，进线分为橡套电缆，钢管布线及防爆挠性管（铠装电缆）三种。按不同起动要求，可
分别制成一个进线口（适用于电动机直接起动）和两个进线口（适用于电动机Ｙ－△起动）。

5 Constructions, Mounting Arrangements and Overall Dimensions
5.1 Constructions and Mounting Arrangements
The mounting arrangements of this series motors conform to China Standards GB997 Sample for types of construction and mounting arrangement of rotating electrical machinery and IEC Publication 34-7.
Five basic constructions are available:
B3 --- with foot mounted and flangeless, B5 --- with flange mounted and footless, B35 --- with both foot and flange mounted, B14 --- with small flange mounted and footless and B34 --- with both foot and small flange mounted.
Based on five constructions mentioned above, this series motors can be modified 15 constructions and mounting arrangements. For the manufacture range, see Table 3. And for the constructions and mounting arrangements, see Table 4.
５．２ Motor Terminal Construction
The structure of the terminal boxes is in possession of excellent flameproof performance，higher protection degree and bigger compartment being in favor of connection. Three entry forms are available: they are rubber-insulated cable, conduit entry and explosion-proof flexible pipe (armoured cable). According to different starting requirements, the inlet entry can be made into one or two, (one entry is suitable for motor direct-on-line starting and two entries Ｙ-△ starting). ６订货指南
６．１本样本中的数据随着技术进步允许有变动，不另行通知，请注意样本的出版日期。 ６．２如有特殊要求，如电压、频率、防护等级、旋转方向、双轴伸、噪声振动限值、转速（双速、三速或四速）等等必须签订技术协议后，方可制造。
６．３订货时请注明样本中所标明的电动机的型号、功率、同步转速、电压、频率、结构及安装型式、防爆标志、隔爆等级和接线盒进线方式以及旋转方向等等。
例：机座中心高为３５５、２２０ｋＷ，２Ｐ机座带底脚，端盖无凸缘，工厂用ⅡＢ类Ｔ４组隔爆型，３８０Ｖ，顺时针转向，橡套电缆进线的电动机标注如下：
ＹＢ２－３５５Ｍ１－２ ２２０ｋＷ ３０００ｒ／ｍｉｎ ３８０Ｖ ５０Ｈｚ ＩＭＢ３ ＥｘｄⅡＢＴ４橡套电缆，顺时针旋转。
6 Ordering Requirements
6.1 Since the technique is developing continuously, the data in this catalogue may be subject to alteration without prior notice. Please note the publication date by month and year.
6.2 For the special requirements, such as voltage, frequency, protection degree, rotating direction, two shaft extension ends, limiting values of noise and vibration, speed (two-speed, three-speed or four-speed) etc, the motors will not be manufactured until a technical specification being signed.
6.3 When ordering, please specify type, output, synchronous speed, voltage, frequency, construction and mounting type, explosion protection marking, flameproof group, entry mode of terminal box and clockwise rotation.
For instance, the motor with shaft center height H355, 220kW, 2 poles, foot-mounted and flangeless, flameproof type ClassⅡB Group T4 for factories, 380V, clockwise rotation, rubber-insulated cable entry, should be expressed as follows:
YB2-355 M1-2, 220Kw, 3000r/min, 380V, 50Hz, IMB3, ＥｘｄⅡBT4, rubber-insulated cable entry and clockwise rotation.
注：１当额定电压不是３８０Ｖ时，额定功率按ＩＮ＝Ｉ（３８０Ｖ）×３８０／ＵＮ。
