高考英语书面表达启事通知类写作

启事写作指导： “启事”，是为了公开声明某事而登在报刊上或墙上的文字。这里的“启”是“说明”的意思，“事”就是指被说明的事情。高考英语书面表达启事类书面表达的范围很多，包括：征文启事，招聘启事，招领或者寻物启事等.

通知类作文写作指导

通知是上级对下级、组织对成员或平行单位之间部署工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使用的应用文。通知的写法有两种，一种是以布告形式贴出，把事情通知有关人员，如学生、观众等，通常不用称呼；另一种是以书信的形式，发给有关人员，这种通知写作形式同普通书信，只要写明通知的具体内容即可。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。

通知是传达将要做的事，因此，写通知多用一般现在时和将来时态。书写通知的正文时，语言应简洁明了，把通知的对象、事由、时间、地点、内容有条理地说清楚即可。简单地说，就是" 某人(单位) 某时在某地干某事，加上注意事项" 即可。当然，必须注意句子之间的安排，使之符合逻辑，条理清楚。

1.1常用称呼语： Dear classmates／schoolmates, Ladies and gentlemen, 同学们/女士们，先生们 Boys and girls, 同学们 1.2常用开头语： Attention, please ．请注意。 May l have your attention, please? 请注意。 I have good news for you all. 有个好消息要告诉大家。 I have an announcement to make. 有个通知要告诉大家。 Pl ease be quiet, everyone! I have something important to tell you. Attention, please! I have something important to tell you.(仅用于口头通知)

请安静，我要告诉你们一件事情。

1.3中间内容常用句型: 1、There is going to be /We are going to have/We’ve decided to hold a meeting in Room 3 at half past four this afternoon .(先地点后时间) 1. 2、 The report is on how to learn English which will be given by Mr. Smith, who comes from America. Mr. Smith will give us a report on how to learn English. He comes from America. 2. 3、 As you know, it is a good chance for us English l earners./to know more about English. 3. 4、 Pl ease take your notebooks with you and make notes during the report./write down what you need. 4. 5、 We ’ll have a discussion in classes after the report. 口头通知常用句型：
