数控车床主轴箱设计论文.txt1

机床是机械制造行业中最基本的设备,随着制造业高效率、高精度、高柔性发展的需要,人们对机床提出了越来越高的要求,主轴箱又是机床很重要的一个部件,因此,很有必要对他的动态特性进行研究。主轴箱结构的动态特性主要包括震动固有频率、阻尼比和振型。

随着社会的进步,制造业的发展越来越迅速,数控技术和数控装备是制造工业现代化的重要基础。这个基础是否牢固直接影响到一个国家的经济发展和综合国力,关系到一个国家的战略地位。因此,世界上各工业发达国家均采取重大措施来发展自己的数控技术及其产业。在我国,数控技术与装备的发展亦得到了高度重视,近年来取得了相当大的进步。数控机床发展很快,作为数控机床的重要部分,主轴箱的设计更新也越来越快。

我设计的是SSCK20A数控机床主轴和主轴箱箱体加工工艺以及数控编程,其中涉及了主轴和箱体加工中刀具、量具、毛坯、定位基准等的选择。设计图为两张零号图纸,一张一号图纸,两张二号图纸。

Abstract

Ore and Along with the advance of society, the development of manufacturing industry is mmore quick, the technical equipment of numerical control of numerical control is to make industrial modern important foundation. Whether directly affect a economy of country strongly develop this foundation with the country's comprehensive power, concern a strategic position of country. Therefore on world, each industrial developed countries adopts significant measure to develop the own technical and its estate of numerical control. in recent years, have gotten fairly big advance. The development of numerical control of machine tool is very rapid , is the important part of the machine tool of numerical control, the design of the case of main shaft update also more and more rapid.

What I design is that the case casing processing technology as well as programming of numerical control of machine tool of main shaft have in which been concerned with the option of cutting tool, measuring tool, blank and location standard etc. in casing processing. Design drawing is the two blueprints No. 0 and a blueprint No. 1 and two blueprints No. 2 .

目前PC已广泛应用于冶金、化工、轻工、机械、电力、建筑、交通、运输等各行各业。

随着机电一体化的发展,对不系统的可靠性要求愈来愈高。可编程控制器有控制可靠,体积小,功能强,速度快,组态灵活和可扩展的特点而得到广泛的应用。可编程控制器是20世纪60年代末在继电器控

制系统的基础上开发出来的。最初叫做可编程逻辑控制器,(programmable logic controller)即PLC。

在我国,PC的应用最近几年发展很快。首当先应用一些大中型现代化工厂的引进工程上,如上海宝山钢铁总厂一、二期工程中就使用了PC达857台。武汉钢铁厂和首都钢铁厂等大型钢铁企业也都使用了许多PC。

在老企业旧设备的技术改造上,PC的应用比较广泛,而且已取得了可喜的经济效益。

PC是专为工业控制设计的控制装置,能适应工业现场的恶劣环境,例如:

电源电压:AC220V±15%。

抗振强度:16.7Hz,3mm双振幅(X、Y、Z三个方向各30min)。

工作温度:0~55℃,有的甚至可以是-10~55℃。

存放温度:-20~60℃。

湿度:35~90%RH无凝结。

机械制造业是一个国家技术进步和社会发展的支柱产业之一,无论是传统产业,还是新兴产业,都离不开各式各样的机械装备。而加快产品上市的时间,提高质量,降低成本,加强服务是制造业追求的永恒主题。此篇论文主要内容是对CA6140主轴加工工艺路线进行的研究、设计,其中包括了各道工序的加工方法,机床、刀具、夹具、辅具、量具的选择,准面的选取,定位和夹紧方案的拟定。

摘要

现代数控机床是未来工厂自动化的基础。旧机床数控化改造范围大、潜力

大、投资少、见效快,已经成为适合我国国情,促进制造业技术进步的重要手

段。因此,数控系统改造车床的研究具有重要意义。

本文在叙述了数控技术的历史、现状和发展的基础上,通过对旧机床的分

析,结合机床改造的总体思想,提出了数控化改造的技术方案和新数控系统的

选型配置方案;针对旧机床的要求,进行了传动系统的重新设计,提高了传动的

精度,还进行了电气系统的设计和调试,主要包括硬件设计和电气控制软件设

计:简单介绍了单片机系统,并用单片机设计了数控车床的电气控

制电路;重新

设计机床的控制逻辑,通过对伺服系统的分析,完成了机床各主要参数的优化

和匹配。

专题部分讨论了数控车床两种插补方式的原理,并设计了数控车床的插补

程序。

本机床改造后将会展示出强大的功能、稳定的性能,将完全符合机床的技

术规格和精度标准,加工出合格的零件,大大提高了车床的性能,是一次有益

的尝试。

Abstract

The modern Computer Numerical Control (CNC)machine is the foundation of

the modern manufactory. The remaking of old machine for CNC is an efficient

means to promote the progress of the manufactory, which is adapted to the

circumstance for our country. Its range is wide, its cost is low and its period is short.

Therefore, it is very important to study a remarking the lathe machine by using CNC

system.

This paper introduces the history and the development of CNC system. Based

on its theory, through the analysis about the components of the old machine,

presents the remaking transmission system to raise the precision of the lathe。

Presents the remaking schemes of the CNC system. According to the old machine,

the detail design and adjustment of the electric system have been completed,

including the design of hardware and control software:Have introduced the one-chip

computer system briefly, and has designed the electric control circuit of the

numerical control lathe with the one-chip computer;And also redesign the control

logic of the machine, through analyzing of the servo system, the main parameters of

the machine have been confirmed and optimized also.

Have discussed two kinds interpolation numerical control lathes with thematic

part, and design the interpolation forms for the numerical control lathe.

The remarked machine will show its powerful ability and high reliability, it

conforms to the technical regulation and the accuracy standard of the machine.,and

will process the qualified part, it has improved the performance of the lathe greatly,

it’s a beneficial try.

摘要:我们在各种场合看到了继电-接触器控制,那已经是时代的过去,如今的继电器只能作为低端的基层控制模块或者简单的设备中使用到,而PLC的出现也成为了划时代的主题,通过比较稳定的硬件穿插灵活的软件控制,使得自动化走向了新的高潮。

本课题利用西门子S7-200PLC对T68镗床原有的继电-接触器控制系统进行了改造;阐述了系统改造方案,同时根据镗床的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的输入、输出分配,设计出梯形图并进行了模拟调试。

after the electric appliances in various situation, that is already the that time generation past, now of after use in the mold a perhaps simple equipments of grass-roots control that the electric appliances can do for the low level only,And the PLC emergence also became the epoch-making topic, adding the vivid software control through a very and stable hardware, making the automation head for the new high tide.

This text use the Siemens S7-200 PLC to reform the T68 boring lathe.The system reformation project is described in detail.The PLC importation and input/output allotment are ensured according to the control requirement and characteristics of the boring lathe.A control circuit is designed and commissioned in the simulation.

数控机床是装备制造业的基础,振兴装备制造业首先要振兴数控机床业。一个国家数控机床业的水平已经成为衡量该国制`造业水平、工业现代化程度和国家综合竞争力的重要标志,直接关系到国家经济建设和国防安全及战略地位。数控车床作为一个重要的组成部分,对其研究有着重要的意义。

CK0620型微型数控车床是一种多功能的台式车床。它具有简单实用、操作方便、高性价比等特点,能实现直线、锥度、圆弧、螺纹等复杂的零件加工,并可作为教学用机床。对其研究,可以对数控车床的基本原理、基本结构有所了解,为以后的工作打好基础。

本文主要针对CK0620型车床的主轴系统、进给驱动系统、数控系统作为主要研究对象。该机床主轴系统采用变频电机驱动与箱内减速器组合,进给系统采用步进电机驱动与滚珠丝杆螺母副传动组合,使得该机床结构简单、操作容易、加工精度较高等特点。

ABSTRACT

NC machine tools is the basis of the equipment manufacturing industry, revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry is first necessary to revitalize the NC machine tool industry. Micro-CNC lathe of CK0620 is a multi-functional desktop lathe. From the research, we can know the basic principle and the basic structure of the CNC lathe, laying a good foundation for future work.

This main content of the paper is studying the spindle system, the feed drive system, the NC system. The machine spindle motor drive system uses frequency reducer combination with the box, feeding system using stepper motor-driven ball screw and nut combination of transmission, making the machine structure is simple, easy to use, high precision machining and other features.

Abstract

The modern Computer Numerical Control (CNC)machine is the foundation of
