The promotion of the poneumatic disc brake on the medium-heavy-sized vehicle accelerates the appearance of the double tappets PDB. YOUFIN double tappets PDB which adopting the floating-type caliper structure is designed as integral caliper. this design enhance the tightness of the caliper vessel, decrease the assembly weight of the brake greatly. Adopting the advanced processing technology, the cost and the tima of processing are reduced.
The action area of the pads is increased and the transmission efficiency of braking force is improved by adopting the double tappets PDB. The wear in the movement is reduced, because the double needle assembly is used on the booster mechanism. The accurate transmission of the gear mechanism ensures the synchronization of the double tappets. Since the bush is porous-metal bush which is made of 100% copper, it has a long life and the guide pin can lubricate itself which enable the caliper to slide smoothly without any stagnancy. The design of plug pin structure with the clamping plate makes the replacing of the pads convenient.
