浅谈土压平衡盾构机在富水砂卵石地质掘进的刀具配置 摘要:盾构机刀具是否合适应用工程的地质,将直接影响盾构机的刀盘的应用寿命、切削后果、出土状况、掘进速度和施工效力。成都位于四川盆地西部的岷江中游地段,境内海拔387-5364米,东界龙泉山脉,西靠邛崃山。其东部地区为典型的富水型砂卵石地层。成都地铁1号线某标段在盾构掘进过程中,平均换刀距离为147米,刀盘刀具磨损严重,导致换刀频繁。如何延长刀具使用寿命,减少换刀频率,降低风险?我们从成都地铁一号线、二号线盾构机掘进经验出发,概述围岩岩土层,分析了刀具机理及磨损原因,提出了盾构机在富水砂卵石地质掘进刀具的配置建议。
