如何导入教学?
第一次上课,教师要面带微笑地跟学生们打招呼,并注意一定要用学生的名字。教师可以这样说:“Hello, Li Ming, nice to see you back. Zhang Hua ,It’s good to see you. Wang Hong, welcome back. Li Ning, glad to see you back. Hello, everybody, it’s so nice to see you back. Did you have a good time for the holiday? This is a new term. I’m sure you want to come back and learn English again. We can have lots of fun together, Now, let’s do a word cheer game.”Give me an ‘C ’. 学生喊C 。Give me an ‘E ’ 学生喊E 。教师边说边把这几个字母写在黑板上。教师接着说Give me an ‘O ’. 学生喊O. Give me an ‘N ’. 学生喊N. 教师说:“What have you got?”学生喊:“Come on!”教师说:“Right. Come on! Come on! Come one! Come on!”教师摆手让学生一起说:“Come on! Come on!Come on!”最后,在进入高潮的时候,教师给一个停止的手势。教师接着说:“V ery good. Now we are in the classroom. We are going to learn English. What have you got in your schoolbags? Who can tell us? What have you got in your schoolbags?”教师鼓励学生说出自己的学习用具。学生每说一个,教师就可以把该图片贴在黑板上。最后,教师把该复习的内容全部呈现在黑板上。
反复认读学习用品类的单词后,通过句型“this is an/a„”,强化记忆。用简笔画在黑板上画一本大书和一本小书。教师给出一两分钟的练习机会,然后再对大家说:“What can you see on the blackboard?”可用动作、手势来演示这一句型。教师引导学生说出:“I can see a book.”等等。教师引导大家说:“Right, you can see a big book and a small book.”教师顺便指大书说:“This is big.”并指着小书说:“This is small . A big book and a small book.”接下来,教师引导学生看挂图。教师说:“Now Let’s look at the blackboard,look at this picture. Which is big? Which is small?”教师引导大家观察该页的东西,并用大和小来进行描述。描述的时候尽量包括每一个细节。学生在描述时,纠正读音,个别反复强调。
单元教学活动2 Show and tell
这一部分主要是让学生熟悉学校的环境,知道学校的公共设施用英语怎么说。教师可以将这些图片分别放在黑板上的不同位置,然后用粉笔勾出一个轮廓,显示出校园的样子。教师问学生:“What ’s this? It’s a school. Is this school beautiful? Is your school beautiful? Is there a garden in your school? Is there a swimming pool in your school? Is there a playground in your school? ”等,问完了学生这些基本问题,教师对学生说:“Now, please look here. This is a school. Let ’s see. What’s therein this school? Who can tell us? What are there in this school?”教师找同学到前面说并指出该图片。同学说完之后,教师对学生说:“Who can come here and introduce your school to us? Y ou can say, ‘This is our school. It’s beautiful. This is a classroom. This is a playground. This is our swimming pool. This is a garden. I love our school.”让一两个同学到前面说,然后教师让同学两个人一组各说一遍,以达到熟练的程度。
单元教学活动3 Look, ask and answer.
这个活动是一个问卷调查。学生应该根据这个图表及图表中呈现的问句来填写这个问卷。学生可以根据现在班里的情况来回答这个问题。大家可以边查询,边写上答案。教师要让学生根据实际情况答。完成这个班的情况调查后,教师可鼓励大家对自己学校其他班的同学进行同样的调查,并比较一下这两个班人员、男女比例等相关数据。如果有时间,教师可以让学生按照这个表格的样子重新做两个表格,一个是剑桥少儿英语班的;另一个是学校正常课堂班的。学生做完之后,教师可以让学生展示。同时,教师也可以让同学到黑板前对全班同学做一个介绍。
单元教学活动4 Odd one out
这是一道动脑筋的题。教师要引导学生进行观察和分析。比如,教师可以这样对学生说:“Look at these four pictures. Only one thing is different. Which one?”教师给学生做解释说:“B is different .B is for eating. A, C and D are the things in the classroom.”教师给出示范后可以这样问:“Who can come to the front and tell us the difference? Which one is different for the second row? ”随后,教师问第三行,第四行的内容,并让学生说出其大概的区别。
单元教学活动5 Chant and sing
这个练习是巩固前面所学的词汇和短语。歌曲涉及一些词组和短语,教师可以让大家先认读这些词汇和短语,比如:drawing, singing, reading, writing, dancing, running, jumping and swimming, we are Number One. 教师教这段内容时可以先让学生练习动词。比如,教师说:“Now let ’s play a game, simon says, ’drawing, singing, reading, writing, dancing, running, jumping and swimming. ’”等等。学生边听边做动作。让学生自己设计动作,参与游戏,多做几遍,加深印象。之后,教师可以带领学生先用节奏说出这些句子,然后等大家都熟悉的时候再一起学习歌曲。
单元教学活动6 Listen and write the numbers
这是一个听力录音练习。教师首先要告诉学生说:“Next, we are going to listen to a short passage about class One. Please listen very carefully and fill in some information. Please get ready .listen and write.”教师暗示大家拿出笔准备填写需要的内容。录音的原文是:Hello, this is Class One. In this class, there are ten boys and eight girls. There are eighteen desks and twenty chairs in this classroom(可接在Part3的后面进行)
课后作业
1、做一个学校的简图,并可以介绍出学校的布景„
