Now I’ll tell you something about our research project The World Food Crisis on behalf of our group. As you know, food shortages have hit many countries in the world and even caused social unrest in some areas. But who is responsible for the current world food crisis? First, annual world grains output has declined because of climate change. Then lots of farmland has been lost due to the rapid development of industry and urbanization. Besides, faced with the rising energy prices, people have turned to the production of biofuels, which has worsened the severe situation.
Then what should we do to deal with the problem? On one hand, we should focus on the environmental protection and improve the ecology. On the other hand, strict measures should be taken to protect farmland. Of course, to build a harmonious world the developed countries should take their responsibilities to help the poor ones experiencing food shortage. As for me, I will call on the people around me to live thriftily. And for the moment, I think, we should study hard to develop science and help solve the food shortage in the future.

The Chinese government will deal with any confirmed food safety cases in a responsible manner and in accordance with laws, a parliament spokesman said in Beijing on Tuesday.
Our government will intensify its efforts to crack down on such illegal activities and prevent any under-quality food from being exported.
（三）能源危机(Energy Crisis)：
With the oil price going up high in the global market,our attention is once again drawn by the energy problem.we have to admit that we're facing a new round of energy crisis.
Currently,as the industry and agriculture develop so fast, the consumption of energy such as oil,gases or coals is dramatically increasing.On one hand, energy are urgently needed for the economic development.On the other hand,limited and unrecoverable energy,
especially fossil fuels like oil and coals,can not offer us adequate
supply.How long could the oil be used has been a controversy among the experts.Some think the store of the oil can only maintain for thirty or fourty years.but some other experts who hold an opptimistic attitude believe that the oil we have now are enough to support us for as long as one or two hundred years.Despite whether these opinions are true or not,for one thing we are sure is the situation of energy we're facing is becoming worse and worse.The crisis has alreay come.So we must face it and try to solve it ,because we really dread to think what will become of us if one day we live without energy.
Though we are aware of the energy crisis's coming,how to handle it becomes another tough problem.Nowdays,many countries are trying develop new types of energy which are clean and recyclable,for example,solar energy,nuclear energy and wind power.We hope, in the near future,these would be the subsititutes for the fossil fuels.In addition, another important means is to improve the efficiency of using oil and to avoid extra waste during the process of refinement.Meanwhile,educate people to save energy is also necessary.
Altogether , it is a movement that needs everyone's participation,for energy has such a close relationship with our daily life.So,come on everybody,it's time for us to save ourselves from the energy crisis.

Nowadays the government and the people of China are trying to build a country with a harmonious relationship.Generally speaking,the
relationship between us students and our family members,classmates and teachers is good.However,there are still some problems.Some students in our grade are easy to lose their temper because of anxiety and the burden of studies.What’s worse,they sometimes quarrel with others,and even turn a deaf ear to their parents and teachers.
In my opinion,we middle school students should make every effort to improve the situation.First,we should respect all the people around us.Second,when we are not feeling good,we can chat with our friends or teachers or even our parents.They can give us some reasonable
