I learned from the newspaper that your company needed an English secretary. I’m interested in this position and hope I can work for you.
I am 20 years old and unmarried. I’m an excellent student. I’m good at English, especially spoken English and writing. so I can communicate with foreigners fluently.Besides, After graduating from Xiamen University, I worked for three years as an office clerk .As a result,I have a wide knowledge of business and be experienced in all kinds of office work. As a mater of fact, I’m easy to get along with and I like to make friends.in my spare time, I take part in some social activities,such as helping the old and the disabled , collecing money for them and so on.
